What you’ll do here as Business Development Analyst?
You will support the Business Development team with valuable, actionable insights derived from data analysis, contributing to the execution of strategic business plans and programs. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of our two-tiered model while making a tangible impact through data-driven decision-making and coordination of initiatives that enhance our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data-driven analysis, reports, and insights to support the Business Development team.
• Consolidate and optimize internal processes, such as Axeleration area planning
• Compile reporting on sales, programs, initiatives, progress, KPIs, and opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze existing and new data, and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
• Develop, maintain, and grow cross-functional relationships to support sales and drive opportunities, serving as a counterpart to similar functions in the Regions.
• Support the Business Development team in executing strategies and plans for each of Axis' key target groups, aligning with the company's go-to-market strategy based on data insights.
• Responsible for and making sure we have the right BI applications to drive the business forward.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance and/or Data Science
• Experience in data or business analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Salesforce, and/or Microsoft.
• Proven experience in setting priorities in response to changes in the market or strategy and creating/driving a strategic, growth-oriented agenda using data insights.
• Experience in understanding the needs of partners and customers and translating those needs into actions using data analysis.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent knowledge and use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• High level of detail orientation in combination with strategic thinking, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Ability to research and present data in a digestible format, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
